When it"s time for you to down-size or right-size when circumstances warrant, we can help. Down-sizing and right-sizing are common transitions we all make. The logistics involved can be daunting. Right-sizing includes

• Sort household items with an eye toward deciding what will be kept, donated or passed on to family members and charities, or estate sales and consignment.
• Deciding what furniture you will keep and will fit into your new design plan.
• Help you to set up garage sale, family “giveaway" parties, estate sale, or auction.
• Work with consignment or resale stores.
• Coordinate shipping of any items to family members.
• Collect and itemize all receipts for tax purposes.
